A Client Care Specialist:

• Is Driven, Respectful and Loyal to Truetimber’s company mission.
• Provides great customer service to Truetimber clients.
• Schedules and manages appointment calendars for Tree Care Advisors.
• Quickly responds in a good-natured way to any client satisfaction issues.
• Generates daily invoices for completed work.
• Collects payments for completed work.
• Meets weekly with Tree Care Advisors to review appointments, invoices, client satisfaction and overdue payments.
• Maintains a clean and organized office and workspace.

Qualifications of an ideal candidate:

• Strong Communication Skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years prior customer service experience; preferably service industry.
• Proficiency with Google and Business Management software.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly goals.
• Strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
• Willingness to work additional hours during peak season or weather-related situations.

• no previous experience in tree care required
• have a strong desire to work in tree care industry climbing trees
• must have a valid VA Driver’s License, a good driving record and willing to obtain Class”A” CDL License
• be able to communicate effectively with management/crew members/clients
• be willing to work safely, work as a team player, and work hard
• be willing to undertake a pre-employment physical examination to determine suitability for job
• be required to obtain first-aid and CPR training within 30 days of hire date

• have 3-5 years experience in the tree care industry climbing trees
• have or be capable of obtaining the ISA Certified Arborist certification
• be very familiar with industry ANSI standards in climber safety and pruning
• must have a valid VA Driver’s License, a good driving record and willing to obtain Class “B” CDL License
• be able to effectively communicate with management/crew members/clients
• be willing to demonstrate basic climbing skills during interview process
• be willing to undertake a pre-employment physical examination to determine the suitability for this job
• be required to obtain First-Aid and CPR training within 30 days of being hired
